A total of 14 HPLC fractions were collected, separated from solvent in vacuum, the residue of each fraction was suspended in H 2 O (10 mL), freeze-dried twice and, then, screened for the target compounds showing the pseudomolecular ions m/z 453 and 837, respectively, by means of UPLC-TOF MS using the following chromatographic conditions (0.3 mL/min, 40 C): starting with a mixture of H 2 O/MeOH (40/60, v/v), the MeOH content was kept constant for 1 min at 60%, increased to 90% within 8 min, increased to 95% within 10 min, increased to 100% within 1 min, kept constant for 1 min, decreased within 1 min to 60% MeOH, followed by re-equilibration for 1 min
This accelerates the healing process and reduces recovery time from injuries or surgeries
The GHK sequence itself is naturally present in collagen and SPARC (Secreted Protein Acidic and Rich in Cysteine) protein, suggesting it functions as an emergency response molecule released during tissue injury through protein breakdown
For those who are visual learners, seeing the proper reconstitution technique can be incredibly helpful
Enhanced Muscle Function and Immune Support Adequate levels of vitamin D3 are essential for optimal muscle function and immune system support
Hyaluronic Acid: (Directly combined with a Very-Low-Molecular-Weight Hyaluronic Delivery Complex) A unique cross-linked non-animal form of hyaluronic acid that delivers water and water-soluble actives over time into the skin through its nonequilibrium gel structure, helping to maintain high skin water content for longer periods
