Defy Claims Trademark Infringement Against Defiance Fuel Slogan Colorado-based CBD drink maker Defy LLC filed a lawsuit last month against Tennessee-based hydration beverage brand Defiance Fuel, claiming the latter company infringed on its trademarks with its slogan Defy Limitations.
