To determine the robustness of the screen the statistical parameter, Z-prime (Z) was determined (25) and at 40 hours of growth the values obtained were very significant (for Screen I =0.95 and for Screen II = 0.91) which suggested that the screens we developed were robust and would be compliant for a high throughput setting (Figure S6)
