Bacchus white 75cl low-alcohol - Soothe itchy skin withWinemaker's notes: An aromatic and herbaceous reflection of the 2023 vintage, this Bacchus is a more restrained expression of the normal notes with wonderful balance. The grapes were picked by hand in September 2023, then destemmed and pressed following a short time cold soaking. The must was then fermented cool in stainless steel. After fermentation, the wine was allowed to age for a short period on the fine lees before being bottled in Spring 2024.
