The brief was to create work which contributes to a relaxing atmosphere in the space and which relates to the local communities and surrounding environment

The patterns in the prints are based on natural forms observed during this section of the walk

serving to intensify the colours within the individual shapes

each event creates different areas where the space is no longer accessible to the public

'Pathways I' - Large Handmade Collagraph/Monoprint Digital Print Obscuration'Pathways I' is an experimental work, exploring the combined effect of texture based collagraph printmaking with layers of vibrant monoprinted colours. It is inspired by my fascination with aerial maps and photographs these allow me to roam places and landscapes near and far, some familiar to me, others not.
