The metal supports show only minor signs of tarnishing but are structurally sound and function as designed

The mix of solid and veneered Burmese teak is in remarkably excellent shape showing only the above mentioned chip repair located on one of the extension leaves (which can be seen clearly in the photos provided) as well as some minor nicks and surface scratches (the worst of which can be seen in the detail photos provided)

The newly installed leather has no rips
