Brockwell Lido Family Swim empty Her burial site is aThis is a painting inspired by Brockwell Lido which is a place where my children and I enjoyed swimming throughout their childhoods. My friends and family posed as synchronised swimmers for the painting. I sent each subject an old still photo of Esther Williams from Busby Berkley musicals she starred in and asked them to replicate the pose. Painting this was the only thing that made me laugh during a difficult period in my life.
