Domaine Henri & Gilles Buisson Saint Romain Le Jarron 2023 47% powerful and deliciousThis plot of Saint Romain, facing South West, is located between 293 and 380 meters on very steep soil. Composed of light and sandy soils on limestone scree that disintegrates, this terroir on which young vines express themselves, gives birth to a fresh white wine, full of fruit and perfumed. Its minerality which is expressed very gently gives it a pleasant roundness enhanced with notes of citrus fruits and white flowers.
