Everyone rolls and buys at the same time, so players don't have to wait their turn. For 4 rounds, players race against time to buy, exchange and sell properties as quickly as possible. The timer counts down with each buy and trade phase and there is no break between phases. There are even 2 starting spaces and players can always get out of jail without paying.
