These sleeves stay on the wheel permanently, centering both the brake drum and the wheel. They are threaded inside for proper alignment at the 12, 4, and 8 o'clock positions. Each set includes six sleeves to center one axle; three sleeves per wheel. Multiple sizes are available to fit most brake drums and wheels.
