The Scent of a Memory Landscape and the BahamasThe scent of a memory. Dendrophylax lindenii The ghost orchid. Etching and painting. Memory, colour and process mix together in my work. Of all the processes I was obliged to learn as a young art student, etching was the first I bonded with. With this piece I have used it to suggest a geological slice and have achieved a depth embossment by biting right through the copperplate.
